Muser Plugins is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or any referenced policies, you should not use or access our Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.

To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online stores or purchasing any of the audio plugin software we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, and payment information. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide in our stores is correct, current and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

We specialise in professional audio plugin software for digital audio workstations (DAWs) and video editing applications. Our products are delivered as digital downloads and require compatible software and hardware to operate.

System Requirements: Each plugin has specific system requirements including supported operating systems, DAW/video editing software compatibility, and minimum hardware specifications. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchase.

Trial Versions: We provide 7-day free trial versions of our plugins to allow you to evaluate compatibility and functionality before purchase.

All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND DIGITAL DELIVERY

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a software license. Muser Plugins reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Muser Plugins confirms acceptance and processes your payment.

Digital Delivery: Upon successful payment processing, you will receive:

  • Access to your purchased plugins through our online customer portal
  • License activation information
  • Installation instructions

License Activation: Our software can be activated online or offline. Each license permits installation on up to three (3) computers as specified in these Terms.

License Transfer Policy: You may transfer your plugin licenses between computers under the following conditions:

  • Permitted Transfers: You may deactivate a license from one computer and activate it on another computer at any time, provided you do not exceed the total activation limit of three (3) computers simultaneously.
  • Hardware Replacement: If you replace or upgrade your computer hardware, you may transfer your license to the new system by first deactivating it from the old system.
  • Transfer Process: License transfers must be completed through our customer portal or by contacting our support team. Automatic deactivation may occur after extended periods of inactivity.
  • Transfer Limitations: Licenses are non-transferable to other individuals or entities. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your license rights to third parties.
  • Technical Assistance: If you encounter difficulties with license transfers due to system crashes, hardware failures, or other technical issues, contact our support team for assistance.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made at our stores. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorised to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honoured by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any.

SECTION 5 - SOFTWARE DELIVERY AND SUPPORT

Digital Delivery: All products are delivered electronically through our online customer portal where your account and licenses are managed. Access to your purchased plugins is typically provided within minutes of successful payment processing.

Technical Support: We provide technical support for software installation, activation, and usage questions. Support is provided via email and our online knowledge base.

Software Updates: We may provide software updates, bug fixes, and improvements. Updates are provided at our discretion and may require reactivation.

System Compatibility: We are not liable for compatibility issues with your specific system configuration. We strongly recommend using our trial versions to verify compatibility before purchase.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services and software products, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, audio algorithms, digital signal processing code, presets, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Muser Plugins, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal and commercial music/video production use only, as specified in these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our software products without our prior written consent.

Audio Content: Any audio content, presets, or samples included with our plugins are licensed for use in your musical compositions and video productions. You may not redistribute, resell, or repackage this content as standalone products.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

Our plugins may integrate with third-party digital audio workstations (DAWs), video editing software, and other audio/video production applications. We are not responsible for the functionality, compatibility, or performance of third-party software.

Any use of third-party DAWs, video editing software, or other applications in conjunction with our plugins is subject to those parties' respective terms and conditions.

Muser Plugins is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Muser Plugins. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Muser Plugins, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS, THE SERVICES AND ALL AUDIO PLUGIN SOFTWARE OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' FOR YOUR USE, WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SOFTWARE WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH ALL SYSTEMS, DAWs, OR VIDEO EDITING SOFTWARE, OR THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.

SECTION 14 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL MUSER PLUGINS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR AUDIO PLUGIN SOFTWARE OR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST REVENUE FROM MUSIC OR VIDEO PRODUCTION, CORRUPTION OF AUDIO/VIDEO FILES, OR DAMAGE TO COMPUTER SYSTEMS.

SECTION 15 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. You and Muser Plugins consent to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
