All Muser Plugins software purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase has been completed.

We provide a 7-day free trial for all plugins to allow customers to thoroughly evaluate compatibility, performance, and functionality before making a purchase decision.

Technical Support Exception

In the rare event that you experience a technical issue that:

• Is caused by a defect in the software itself
• Cannot be resolved by our technical support team
• Prevents you from using the plugin entirely
